the turkey’s demolished
it’s destination: couch for
us. Here’s our favourite
alternatives to the Queen’s
speech...

different this year? Here is our
guide to BBQing your bird like
a Boss!
Step 1. Pick the best bird.
Step 2. Brine that bird – Season
the turkey with loads of good
salt & pepper the day before
cooking.
Step 3. Arrange your coals in
a half moon shape with a drip
tray full of water / beer in the
middle.
Step 4. Get the bird on the grill.
Put your turkey breast down
and leave it for about an hour.
Step 6. Remove your bird from
the grill and let it rest.

Step 7. Glaze with Red Bull.
Top Tips:
Keep the grill temp around 180 –
200 degrees C whilst cooking.
Periodically add some damp
woodchip to your coal.
