Christmas is our busiest spell by a long way but we always do our best to get
your orders out to you with our usual ninja-like speed and efficiency.
At this time of year though things can get complicated as couriers have to
deal with the extra parcels – so we always give out guidelines for when it’s
best to get your orders in for delivery by Christmas.
Below is a list of our most common shipping destinations and the dates you
should aim to place your order by to get parcels there. The first date is your
best bet: failing strikes or an Icelandic volcano, if you order by this date you
should get your parcel. The second date is the cut-off our couriers give us –
it’s possible your stuff will get through but we can’t guarantee anything. As a
rough guide (we’ve been doing this for over 10 years now!) we say if you’re in
a major city you should be okay up to this date but if you live more rurally it
will probably take longer. Don’t delay!
