This issue's Spot Check comes
from a secret location in
Cambria, SoCal where Dan Pastor
has been busy building his alltime dream jump park.
O
NE OF THE COOLEST
things to look at in FMX /
motocross is a photo or
video clip of green rolling
hills with perfect, wet ‘chocolate
cake’ dirt and sick looking hits,
sometimes even without a rider in
the shot. For Dan Pastor this kind
of dream spot has recently become
his home and reality. As a result
of this, creating content that just
makes you want to go out and ride
has become Pastors new-found
mission.
It wasn’t too long ago that the
competition stage of Dan’s career

contest days started winding down,
he found himself back out in the
hills where it all started for him. Only
this time, taking the time to enjoy it
for himself.

in the hills riding on a perfect day
with your friends after a rain can be
a very peaceful and tranquil thing.

way of life for the veteran rider.
After checking out some of the
picturesque media Pastor has been
putting out lately, FreestyleXtreme
decided to check in with him and
find out what he’s been up to,
where he’s been calling home, and
those beautiful green rolling hill
shots off the coast somewhere in
California. This is what he had to
