First Place winners of the Adult Dance Group were Kantuta Ballet Folklórico de Bolivia . In addition to the San Francisco Carnaval Parade in May this group performs all over the States and in Bolivia . Their dances are rich in the tradition , symbolism and folklore of Boliva .
