To maximize effectiveness be sure to:
1. Label or number each freezer
2. Print out as many copies of each freezer rack size as needed and
organize in a three-ring binder
3. Record date the sample was placed into storage to determine expiration (if applicable)
4. Aggregate samples by type or function
