kebap segmentinde faaliyet gösteren Çıtır Usta’nın 52 şubesi mevcuttur. Geleneksel
lezzetleri, hızlı servis konseptiyle alakart restoran görünümlü şubelerinde sunan marka,
bu anlamda sektöründe ilk olma özelliği taşıyor. 2012 yılında Çıtır Usta’nın değişim yılı
oldu diyebilirim. Yeni tesisimizi, Ar-Ge laboratuvarımızı kurduk ve ayrıca eğitim akademimizi kurduk. 2012 sonunda 50 şubeye ulaşmayı planlarken yılı 52 şube ile kapatacağız.
Bizim için önemli olan şube sayısını artırmak
yerine kalitemizi devam ettirmektir ve müşteri mutluluğunu artırmaktır.

itir Usta have 52 branches and it
serve pita, lahmacun and kebab
segment for 9 years. They present
traditional tastes fastly and with
alacarte restaurant vision branches
and they are first in the sector with
this concept. 2012 is the switch year
for Citir Usta. We build up new facility,
R&D lab and education departmant.
We aimed 50 branches for 2012 but
we closed with 52 branches. Continue
our quality and customer happiness
are more important than to increase
branch quantity for us.

İstanbul’da 9 ilçede 14 adet düğün, davet ve balo salonları, kır düğün mekanlarının yanı sıra etkin organizasyon departmanı
ile binlerce törene imza atmıştır. 2013 yılında
İstanbul’da her ilçede bir Gönül Davet Franchisee bulunması için çalışmalar yapıyorduk.
Ancak bize gelen istekler neticesinde bu hedefimizde değişikliğe giderek İstanbul dışına açılmaya karar verdik. Bu doğrultuda çalışmalarımız devam ediyor ve 2013 yılının ilk
aylarından itibaren Gönül Davet’i İstanbul dışında da görebileceksiniz.

district of Istanbul in 2013. There are
lots of demands and according to these
demands we decide to go to outside
of Istanbul. We continue or works for
this and you will see Gonul Davet out of
Istanbul in 2013.

çapında hizmet veren ilk markayız diye bilirim. Uzun bir çalışmanın sonucu uygulamaya
koyduğumuz Franchising sistemiyle birlikte,
2012 yılını 30 farklı noktada hizmet vererek
kapatacağız. İstanbul, Ankara, İzmir gibi büyükşehirler olmak üzere her geçen gün şube
sayımızı artırmayı hedefliyoruz. Bunun içinde
alt yapımızı her geçen gün güçlendiriyoruz ve
üretim tesislerimizi bütün Türkiye’ye hizmet
verebilecek kapasiteye ulaştırmak için çalışmalarımıza devam ediyoruz. 2013 yılını en az
60 noktada hizmet vererek kapatmayı amaçlıyoruz.

he brand of us which is established in
1970, started to give franchisee by 2011.
I can say that we are the first brand which
gives franchisee at dessert sector and gives
service to all country. With the franchising
system which we started to apply by the
end of a long study we will finish the year of
2012 by giving service at 30 different points.
Our purpose is increasing the number of
our stores each day firstly in big cities like
İstanbul, Ankara, İzmir. We strengthen our
substructure each day and we are working
on our production institutes to give service
to all Turkey. We purpose to finish the year of
2013 by giving service at 60 different points
minimum.
