Fuarın 3. gününün ilk seminerinde ise Çıtır Usta Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Atilla Külekçioğlu, ‘Restoran zincirleri sisteminde üretici olmak –
Franchise alırken dikkat edilmesi gerekenler’, Deulcom firması Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Baybars Altuntaş ‘Girişimcilik ve Franchising’ konulu seminerle katılımcılar ile bir araya geldi. Fuarın üçüncü gününün
son seminerinde ise UFRAD Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi Osman Faik Bilge
‘Kimler Franchise Almalı’ konulu semineri gerçekleştirdi.
Fuarın son gününün ilk oturumunda UFRAD Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi İlhan Erkan ‘Franchising Sözleşmelerini İnceleme’ konulu seminer ile
katılımcılara bilgi verdi. Daha sonra ise McDonald’s firmasından Sema
Kepenek ‘Franchising Sisteminde Eğitimin Önemi’ ve son olarak İstanbul Aydın Üniversitesi Gelişim Merkezleri Genel Koordinatörü Yrd.
Doç. Dr. Ali İhsan Özeroğlu ‘Yer Seçimi ve Lokasyonun Önemi’ konulu
seminer ile katılımcıları bilgilendirdi. ç

the seminars called ‘Spread to the world with Franchising System’ and
‘Turkish Brand’.
At the first seminar of the third day of the fair, Atilla Külekçioğlu the
President of Management Committee of Çıtır Usta and Baybars Altuntaş
the President of Management Committee of Deulcom Firm were with
the attenders with their seminars called ‘Being a Manufacturer in Chain
Restaurant System – The Things to Care of by Taking Franchise’ and
‘Entrepreneurship and Franchising’. At the last seminar of the third day
of the fair, Osman Faik Bilge the Member of Management Committee of
UFRAD made a seminar called ‘Who Should take Franchise?’.
At the first forum of the last day of the fair, İlhan Erkan the Member of
Management Committee of UFRAD gave information to attenders by
the seminar called ‘Analyzing Franchising Contracts’. After that Sema
Kepenek from McDonald’s firm gave imformation with the seminar called
‘The Importance of Education in Franchising System’ and finally Yrd.
Doç. Dr. Ali İhsan Özeroğlu the General Coordinator of İstanbul Aydın
University Development Centers gave information with the seminar called
‘Choosing the Place and the Importance of Location’to the attenders. ç
