On the eve of the FS 2013 St Andrews show we, the committee, are very excited to see the culmination of all of our efforts. This year we are raising money for a very worthwhile cause, the Wardlaw Scholarship Scheme, which provides financial assistance for academically gifted student who would otherwise struggle with the cost of studying at the University of St Andrews.
This issue of Fragments features the most recent photoshoot, containing the amazing designs of our Alfa Romeo Young Designer Award finalists. The winner of this competition will be decided tomorrow, and each of the finalist’s collections will feature on the catwalk tomorrow evening. We also include an interview with FS 2013 make artist Sandra Cormack, a profile of Issa London one the designers that will be showcased on our catwalk, as well as the story of bringing FS 2013 to life from our committees’ perspective.
