401. Conflict Management
When there is conflict in your PTA, the work of the members is often disrupted or even stopped. This
workshop will help you understand how and why conflict can develop between members, learn how
communication styles differ between personalities, and most importantly, how to prevent conflict so
you can do the good work of PTA.

402. Building your Middle School & High School PTSA
Hear from a panel of local PTSA student leaders and how their membership increased as they share
the many ways you can revitalize and bring back to life your PTSA.

403. PTA EZ
Join us to get an overview of how PTA EZ can benefit your PTA. This workshop will be led by a
fellow parent leader that has been using the program for several years. You will see how to enter
transactions, view and print reports and have questions answered about the PTA EZ web based
funds management system.

What are the parts of California’s new accountability system? Learn how it supports the state’s goal
of continually improving education and the vital role parents can play in local decisions.
