PHILANTHROPIC GRANTS
The Foundation inspires our sisterhood to excel in
philanthropic service to benefit society. We encourage
diversity of thought and embrace change – creating a direct
and positive impact on our sisters and the world today.
This year we celebrated the
100th anniversary of the Maine
Seacoast Mission as our national
philanthropy. Once again, we
funded a grant for the Mission’s
Housing Repair Program to repair, weatherize and refurbish
the homes of low-income residents, including the elderly of
Washington County, Maine. Members of the Zeta Phi Chapter,
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, worked on
repairing the roof of a house during summer 2017.
