born or a new product is released claiming to be the best EVER! We know
there’s a ton of information out there
to sift through and really, ain’t nobody

got time for that! FM wants to break it
down for you in simple terms.
Keep in mind this is a general guide
meant for athletes of all types based
on research supporting their use and
results. There might be certain supplements that you swear by or take for a
specific reason that isn’t included on the
list. Please think about this as a list to
have as a starting off point. What you
do outside of that is your own deal and
at your own risk!
