as an unnatural athlete there will
be noticeable differences in their
bodies. Realistically, most of the time
when you see a guy that size and
shape he most likely wouldn’t be on
natural supps and food alone.

PREP FOR A SHOW?
I live the lifestyle, so my prep is fairly
easy. Whatever upcoming shows I
have planned for the year I start prep
and VERY SLOWLY progress through
each month. Four months out is when
things get serious!! Things will start to
get extremely tight and limited with
more restrictions. I always recommend to anyone and everyone to start
4-5 MONTHS out, that way you can
enjoy the entire process, come down
healthy and suffer as little as possible.
This is very important and has a huge
impact to the overall final look you
bring to the stage.

FOR “MOOBS”? TRAIN
CHEST MORE OR IS IT A
HORMONAL PROBLEM?
“Moobs” are basically a hormonal
problem involving unbalanced
hormones. It usually means there are
greater amounts of estrogen in the
body than testosterone. However,
there are many other factors that can
possibly be the culprit. Better nutrition and overall exercise can help but
it’s advisable to see your physician so
they can check your hormone levels.
