We wish Alex the best of luck with his recovery . Jarrad Martyn ( He 2005-2009 ) was awarded the 2018 John Stringer Prize for his artwork titled ‘ Range ’. The John Stringer Prize is offered only by invitation and the six finalist artists are selected by an independent panel of three eminent figures in the industry . Jarrad Paul ( St 2005-2009 ) was selected to present his mental health case study at the esteemed Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists ( RANZCP ) annual congress . The RANZCP annual congress brings colleagues together to discuss psychiatric practice and research , and Jarrad ’ s study focuses on assisting people with chronic treatmentresistant schizophrenia . Samuel Yeates ( Sc 1999-2008 ) married Vanessa Kite on 27 April 2019 in the School ’ s chapel . The Reverend Canon Dr Philip Raymont , the School ’ s Senior Chaplain , officiated as the priest . Aaron Bonnaire-Sergeant ( St 2006-2010 ) graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce with a Double Major in Tourism and Hospitality , and Marketing , from Curtin University in November 2018 . He is currently working at the Crown Metropol Perth . Matthew Howell ( SG 2002-2011 ) recently proposed to his high school sweetheart , Lauren Gajda , on a beautiful beach in Queensland and she said yes . David Moody ( Wb 2008-2012 ) was featured in The West Australian ( 16 October 2018 ) ahead of his appearance for Western Australia in the opening Sheffield Shield match of the season against Victoria . David missed most of the previous season with spinal stress fractures , but now returns for his fifth season . John ‘ Johnny ’ Divilli ( SG 2010-2014 ) is an artist and his work featured at the Art Gallery of Western Australia ’ s exhibition called Desert River Sea : Portraits of the Kimberley . The exhibition ran from 9 February to 27 May 2019 and was an exciting , experimental and current look at Aboriginal art from the Kimberley , Western Australia . With the culmination of the Gallery ’ s six-year Kimberley visual arts project , new works from independent artists and six Kimberley art centres were included , along with legacy works from art centre collections and works from the Gallery ’ s collection Fredrick “ Fred ” Kersley ( Be 2008-2015 ) won the Colac Cup for his outstanding race with his horse Golden Authority ( 10 February 2019 ). The race was Fred ’ s first country cup victory since relocating to Victoria . Tobe Watson ( Be 2014-2015 ) was selected by the Fremantle Dockers Football Club at pick 22 of the Australian Football League ’ s Rookie Draft . Tobe previously played for the Swan Districts Football Club , where he won the E . J . McManus award for the Colts best and fairest player in 2016 . Griffin Logue ( SG 2011-2015 ) was featured in an article issued by the Fremantle Dockers Football Club , reporting that he has his sights set high for a return to the team in the Australian Football League . After what had been a troublesome 2018 season due to a hindering foot injury and his recovery from surgery , Griffin reports that he is eager to represent Fremantle again . Sam Taylor ( Fr 2012-2016 ) was drafted by the Australian Football League ’ s GWS Giants at pick 28 in the 2017 NAB AFL Draft . Glen Crockford ( Fr 2013-2017 ) obtained his Level One Ski Instructors Certification in January 2019 , while skiing at Big White Ski Resort in Canada . Nic Hill ( He 2006-2017 ) was featured on a Channel 10 news story for competing in the Rottnest Channel Swim as a member of the ‘ George ’ s Gents for Lady Lawley ’ team . The team ’ s goal was to raise awareness and funds for Lady Lawley Cottage , an organisation offering respite care services for children and young adults with a wide range of multiple and complex medical needs . Ethan Peters ( SG 2007-2017 ) had the opportunity in 2019 to represent the Australian Capital Territory in the Pathway VIII and , after rowing 7 or 3 seat all season , he was the Stroke . The boys gave it their all and made the A Final where they finished 8th . In 2018 Ethan rowed in Canberra Grammar School ’ s winning 1st VIII crew at the ACT Head of the Lake regatta . Jaedon Peters ( SG 2007-2017 ) won his first lot of gold medals rowing at the Sydney International Regatta Centre in the 2019 Edward Trickett NSW Grade Championships in the MC2x and Men ’ s B VIII .

Durak Tucker ( Wb 2016-2017 ) was selected at number 12 in the Australian Football League Rookie Draft to play for the Sydney Swans , having previously represented the Peel Thunder Football Club . Jordan Clark ( Ha 2017-2018 ) made his debut in the Australian Football League in Round 1 2019 , as draft number 15 for the Geelong Football Club . In his first game Clark had an impressive 82 % efficiency rate , with 17 disposals . Harry Ward ( Be 2010-2018 ) received five offers from different universities and colleges in the United States of America to compete in the soccer leagues . After careful consideration , Harry has chosen to go to the state of New York and play for Jamestown College . With a departure of late July 2019 , Harry plans to be gone for four years while completing a double major in Architecture and Medicine .

If you are from the class of 1969 , 1979 , 1989 , 1999 , or 2009 , we need your help to make it a celebration worthy of the occasion . If you are not sure what your class year is , consider what the calendar year was when your age group graduated in Year 12 , even if you left before your final year .
