2019 School Leaders
We are proud to announce the Senior
School Captains and Vice-Captains who
will lead the School in 2019 supported by
the wider Prefect group. Congratulations to
Captains Rebecca Adamson (12SG) and
Nicholas Sheppard (12He), along with
Vice-Captains Benjamin Dewar (12He)
and Ellen Kozlowska (12Sc) and Boarding
Captain Zac Finlayson (12Sc). The other

Chapel Gift
The 2018 Chapel Gift race was held
on 13 August, with one male and
one female runner from each house
competing in a 435m sprint around the
school, starting from the Chapel on the
third ring of the bell.
Congratulations to Connor Disselkoen
(12St) who not only won the boys race,
he also set a new record time of 1
minute 15.69 seconds.
Lemarna Valentine (7Wb) took out the
inaugural girls race in a winning time of
1 minute 38.82 seconds.
Well done to Connor and Lemarna!

The Prefect group was elected in Term 4,
2018 following a democratic process that
involved all Senior School students and staff.
Headmaster, Stephen Webber, stated that
the selection of female and male students
to lead the School was a significant occasion
in the School’s 122 year history. “It was
particularly pleasing to note that there was
parity in the level of support for both male
and female students in our democratic
voting process. The diversity of the group
and the breadth of talent and personalities
will no doubt enhance the leadership of the
School in 2019.”
