Workforce diversity calls for Chamber commitment as a
resource for young professionals and women executives
and entrepreneurs. These dynamic groups bring distinctive
strengths and perspectives to Fort Worth’s economic vitality
and quality of life.
Vision Fort Worth
Celebrating its 8th year, this Chamber program grooms the next
generation of business leaders age 21-40. Members build their careers
while pursuing civic involvement and being part of high-impact networks.
Their service ranges from participation on task forces tackling urban
challenges to volunteering for community projects.

More than 50 percent of local
businesses are owned and/or
operated by women. WIB focuses
on planning and implementing
initiatives and programs to increase
their visibility and bring them to the
same table of opportunies.
Seven events included luncheons
and a workshop featuring
high-level female executives,
and dinners or mixers at local
restaurants fostering social
interaction among Fort Worth’s
professional women.
