service is more important or one that could be

Riggins has joined the growing ranks of business
owners in the senior home care industry. It is one
of the fastest-growing franchise sectors, according
to Franchise Business Review, a national marke
research firm that does independent research
on franchisee satisfaction. Senior care consistently
ranks as one of the top five sectors for franchisee
satisfaction in the research firm’s annual survey.
The growth of senior home care – “senior” is
actually a misnomer as services also are offered to
younger clients – is due in large part to the United
States’ aging population. There are 40 millionplus Americans older than 65 and the number
