Keele celebrates new European campus in Athens, Greece
Keele University has been granted a licence to open a new European campus in Athens, Greece – making Keele one of only four international universities authorised under new legislation.

The campus, supported by Metropolitan College, will deliver UK degrees from 2025 in state-ofthe-art facilities featuring labs, innovation hubs, and collaborative spaces. Initial programmes include Bioengineering( Regenerative Medicine), Psychology with Neuroscience, English Language and Literature, Law, and Forensic Science with Policing.
Vice-Chancellor Professor Kevin Shakesheff said:“ This milestone reflects our commitment to delivering world-class education beyond the UK and creating opportunities for students to thrive in a truly global learning environment.”
