FORENSICS JOURNAL
If I had my druthers, there would be mandatory mentoring by experienced attorneys for all newly admitted lawyers. The mentoring aspect
of the Center is based on the recognition that we are a community
that functions well based on relationships with each other. Relationship skills are not taught in law school. I see mentoring as a vehicle
to show young lawyers how to become integrated in the society of
lawyers.

an adjunct faculty member at the University
of Maryland Law School, as well as at the
