Forensic Science Monthly Feb 2014 | Page 2

A magazine devoted to the Forensic Science industry and the amazing people who provide the backbone of criminal investigations throughout the world.

In this, our first ever edition, we take a look at Ballistics and the National Ballistic Intelligence Service (NABIS) who try to bring together the evidence from every firearm incident across the country, enabling weapons to be tracked, and linked to crimes throughout the ciminal underworld.

We focus on careers, in the first installment of our look at an industry that has been desimated through the closure of the Forensic Science Service, and what this means for young people leaving college and university and much more.

We have much more planned for the magazine but if you want to ask a question, or have an idea please drop us a line using the feedback form on page 13. If you would like to write and article concerning Forensic Science again, use the feedback form and drop us a note.
