What is ELASH?
The ELASH test is an assessment tool specially created to measure the English
proficiency of the Spanish-speaking population. Its quality and content have
made it an international exam used by hundreds of educational institutions in Latin
America.
English proficiency is assessed in three skills:
Auditive comprehension
The ability to listen and understand English in
a variety of contexts.
Correct use of the language and indirect
wording
The ability to recognize the appropriate use of grammatical concepts in the
context of the sentence is evaluated. In the area of indirect writing, the purpose is
to evaluate the ability to recognize the appropriate language to revise texts.
