“ Fordham Prep is one the finest secondary educational institutions in the United States! Part of that is because a place like the Prep forges the types of bonds among the students and the student-athletes, the likes of which is seldom seen at a lot of other schools. You think about what’ s happening tonight, you wind up forging bonds by being part of the Prep that somehow links you as alumni wherever you go in the United States – you can be in Hawaii or the West Coast, South Carolina, the metropolitan area of New York, but if you’ ve got something to do with the Prep, that matters. That matters to others and that matters to each of us that recognizes what that means and what you had to go through to be part of the Prep … It’ s about the people, it’ s about the relationships and bonds you forge over time …” – Joe Moglia at the 2016 Gridiron Football Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and Dinner
