Golf & Tennis Outing
Thank you to the over 120 alumni, parents and friends
who enjoyed a beautiful day of golf and tennis at Quaker
Ridge Golf Club on June 13 to support the Prep's Annual
Scholarship Fund.
The day consisted of friendly competition, great golf, and
a tennis workshop and matches. Special thanks to our
Golf Committee Directors Len DeLucia P ’09, Brian Duffy ’95
and Quint Spitzer P ’12, ’15.
Cocktails and dinner were capped off with a live and silent
auction of unique trips, golf foursomes, sports
experiences and special merchandise.

Summer 2017 Renovations
During this past summer,
there were two major
construction projects at
Fordham Prep: the
remodeling of two locker
rooms and the re-purposing
of the Computer Center into
a new chapel, a religious
Studies Department office
and a group work area. The
locker rooms have not been
remodeled since the
construction of Shea Hall.
The new chapel will serve
as the worship space at
Fordham Prep for quiet
reflection, smaller masses
and other liturgies. The space
and location of our new
chapel was chosen by a
group of trustees, alumni,
parents, faculty, staff and
students with the leadership
of Fr. Thomas Scirghi, SJ, a
Prep trustee.
