STRENGTHS
My clothing brand is very unique, there are not that many clothing brands around that do not specify to one gender.
Targeted to an appropriate demographic that really suits the brand and the current ways of society.
Cost effective for the consumer, clothing prices within the fashion industry vary for each gender, where as at FORALL the price is the same for both men and women.
Unique and edgy clothes that are on trend at the minute and suit both genders.
Less garments being produced compared to a brand that caters for men and women separately. Where as FORALL caters for both genders and would be producing fewer garments.
Strong brand name which helps to develop an inclusive marketing strategy.
WEAKNESSES
Marketing the brand to suit the needs of my target demographic.
Within a saturated market which is consumed by other retailers producing gender neutral clothing doing this already.
Will not have the variation of garments that are only catered for men and women, however most of the clothes will be very simplistic.
OPPORTUNITIES
Make the society more aware of gender-neutral clothing, and that clothes do not have to be specific to a certain gender.
People are always looking for a new trend within the fashion industry, and FORALL is a great way to set new trends.
Different concept to the other high-street shops, and allows there to be a new way to shop in society.
THREATS
People may have prejudgments about the brand.
Gender-neutral community may think that the brand is using their style and way of life to make a profit.
Might not be taken seriously and treated as a fad.
Brexit will affect the supply times and trading of the brand, especially sourcing the materials.
Other larger companies could steal the idea of gender neutral, as it is a huge topic in today’s society.
