Editor’s Welcome
It is 2019 and Football Focus Magazine returns with its first issue of the New Year. In the Premier League the title race has
the potential to be a great one and the FA Cup has also thrown up plenty of entertainment and a few upsets already.
This issue has a distinctly northern feel to it as we visit Newcastle Benfield and Wolviston among others and we also look
at the game North of the border with features on St Johnstone and East Kilbride.
Football Focus also has its regular style of features looking at the important role clubs are playing in their local community
including Throckley Magpies and Boldmere St Michaels. We hope you enjoy the issue.
We are always keen to hear from anyone with a story to tell so whether you wish to promote a business, a club, individuals,
initiatives or products please do not hesitate to contact our editorial team at [email protected] or call me directly on
0191 447 8383.
Happy New Year!
Yours in Sport
