Youth
“Youth football is at the heart of our
club. We have a player pathway from
five years to senior level, a girls team and
two disability teams. Home grown talent
is a major priority at the club. Developing
young players is key to our success and
legacy going forward. Players at under
17’s and 19’s have the opportunity to
play at the higher demanding level of
our under twenties development team in
preparation for the senior level.”
Community
“The club is a true community
club in every sense. We offer adult
and children’s disability football in
schools, Coerver Coaching Academy,
in the process of forming mental health
groups, as well as hosting dance classes
in our main hall and Yoga open to all on
a Saturday morning. We will reach out
more in the community as our structure
progresses.”
Challenges/Ambitions
“Challenges in the coming years
would be to support the continual
growth of the club on and off the pitch.
As the club grows the need for better
structure, management and funding will
have to grow to support the needs of the
teams and clubs moving forward.
The club will continue to grow in
all aspects of football and community
activities. The SFA club licence would
be of a benefit to the club and we will
continue to upgrade our facility to meet
these requirements. Members of staff
will be in on the plans for the future to
strengthen the clubs structure to support
all activity on and off the pitch.”
