A Light Cheesecake recipe

Ingredients of the Base:

300 g whole grain flour 75 g soft butter 2 eggs + vanilla 75 g brown sugar pinch of salt

Directions: Mix all the ingredients together then spread the mixture in a coughed pan.

Ingredients of the Cream Filling:

500 g sour cream or light labena which is not sour or light fresh cream + 500 g light yoghurt + 4 eggs + 7 table spoons starch (not very full) + 1 teaspoon dark vanilla + lemon zest. Directions: Mix the ingredients then put the cream into a pan. Put the pan in the oven on 180 degrees until the cream become like the pudding. Take the pan out of the oven, and then let it cool down. Put the cream in the fridge for 3 hours, and then spread the cream on the base. 1 slice is around 200 kcal instead of our 400 kcal full cream classic cheesecake.

Tips: 1. Dark vanilla essence is much tastier than white vanilla powder.

2. Add fresh strawberries or any other fresh fruits for a nicer and fresher taste with some extra nutrition facts without extra calories.
