Endorsements The fourth and final type of voluntary claim regulated in the new health claims system is an endorsement; which are NCCs or health claims made with the permission of an ‘endorsing body’. The endorsing body must be a not-for-profit entity with a nutrition or health-related function or purpose, not be related to the supplier, be independent of the supplier and be free from influence by the supplier.
