quick energizing breakfast that
can keep your stomach light and
your mind fresh, and that only
takes a few minutes to prepare it:

INGREDIENTS
1 cup blueberries or 1 cup strawberries
1 bowl corn flakes (ready-made cereal flakes
that can be bought off the shelves)
1/2 cup green grapes
1 bottle cold skim milk
1-2 teaspoons honey (Optional)
2 ice cubes, crushed
METHOD
ºº The actual preparation takes less than 5 minutes.
If you can teach your children this simple and
effective recipe, you can rest assured about
their overall health in any season. During
winters, you can simply avoid the ice cubes.
ºº Take a large bowl and add the milk and the
other ingredients. If you are not used to cold
milk, you can even prepare this recipe with milk
at room temperature. However, make sure that
you have preheated the milk and cooled it to
room temperature. You could even place the
preheated milk in the refrigerator to make it cold.
ºº Stir for about 3 minutes and let
the mix settle for 2 minutes
ºº Mix the honey and stir for one more minute. If
you wish, you can add ready-made fruit flavors
in order to increase the aroma and taste.
ºº Add the crushed ice cubes and serve fresh.
