Filler Ingredients: You can prepare
either a vegetable or a chicken
roll depending on your choice.
In either case, make sure that the
ingredients are fried, cooked and
boiled to the optimum levels.
CHICKEN
Ingredients:
1 cup of cut and grilled chicken,
Cinnamon powder
Pepper powder
Fennel seeds
3 to 4 pieces of red chile
1-2 tsp butter
Directions: Add the ingredients
in a small bowl and mince them
thoroughly. You can either steam
boil the mix or cook it on a non-stick
skillet for about 2 to 3 minutes. If this
is the case, after placing the skillet on
the stove, preheat it for a couple of
minutes. Add butter. Once it is melted,
you can cook the mix until light brown.
VEGETABLES
Ingredients:
1/2 cup boiled corn kernels.
1/2 onion
1 boiled and mashed potato (optional)
3-4 pieces of red chile
1 tsp vegetable or almond oil
Saffron powder, cardamom, coriander
powder and fenugreek to taste.
Directions: Cut the onion into fine
slices, add the spices and cook
