Food grade processing centrifuges the new Hiller Decafood machines
A new range of food grade DecaFood DF centrifuges have been launched by the centrifuge supply company MSE Hiller.
MSE Hiller’ s DecaFood machines are available in a range of designs and sizes to cover capacities from 1 to 100 m3 / hr and include food grade, Gas tight and Atex Exe-rated designs and are available in both 2 phase( Solid / Liquid) and three phase( Oil / Water / Solid) configurations.
The machines are often able to recover various food grade materials and oils as reuseable saleable products at maximum separation efficiency.
Working in partnership with leading industry names, MSE Hiller is committed to both minimising production costs and maximising process efficiency for customers.
Test machines are available to trial and typical applications include- Juice production, Oil recovery, Protein extraction, Starch, Fibre, Peel, Pulp, Fish, Fats, Meats etc
The trial centrifuge systems are fitted with a fully automated stainless steel system control panel with auto wash facility, Cleaning In Place CIP system, Hygienic feed pump, stainless support stand, pipework, valves, flowmeters and a stainless steel screw conveyors.
