AM Labels Limited introduces new Epson Colorworks C4000 series

AM Labels Limited , an award-winning supplier of complete labelling solutions including manufacturing and warehouse automation , barcoding and RFID systems , has added the new Epson ColorWorks C4000 colour label printers to its portfolio . Designed to be compact , durable and intuitive , the new range is easy to integrate and connect with existing workflows , in addition to offering wireless connectivity to provide users with increased levels of flexibility .
The C4000 Series , which is available as a matte ink version ( CW-C4000eMK ) or a gloss ink version ( CW-C4000eBK ), is the latest addition to Epson ’ s ColorWorks colour label printer range . Combining a resolution of up to 1200 x 1200 dpi , improved colour matching functionality and maximum print speeds of up to four inches per second ( 100 mm ), the versatile printers can produce crisp , photo-quality labels , on-demand .
Offering enhanced connectivity options , and thanks to its advanced software development kit for IOS ® and Android™ , the new C4000 Series printers can produce high quality and vibrant personalised labels via a tablet . This is particularly useful for in-store personalisation and applications where a PC is not available . Additionally , the C4000 Series offers optional Wi- Fi connectivity for remote printing , maximising efficiency and productivity . Designed to provide excellent ease of use , the printers also benefit from a large 2.7-inch colour display .
With individual pigment ink cartridges for fast-drying labels with increased durability , the C4000 Series can also produce smudge , water and fade resistant labels . The matte ink model ( CW-C4000eMK ) is ideal for creating crisp , vibrant coloured labels on matte media , with the added benefit of printing

Alternatively , the gloss ink model ( CW-C4000eBK ) can print high quality labels on a more extensive range of materials , including synthetics and gloss finishes .
In addition to combining a maximum print width of up to 108 mm with tools for remote configuration , maintenance and monitoring , the C4000 Series can be utilised to create product and packaging labels , as well as barcode and shipping labels . Furthermore , the printers are ideal for small to mid-volume labelling requirements , particularly suited for use in healthcare , pharmaceutical and retail industries , as well as for businesses operating in food and beverage sectors .
