its products was produced without the
use of synthetic growth hormones.
The company makes the best
specialty organic, artisan and
traditional cheese you’ve ever tasted
with milk from over 35 Wisconsin
cow, sheep, and goat farmers.
The cheeses are made without the
use of animal enzymes. The range
products include Aged Cheddar, Butterkase,
Capriko, Cheddar, Cheese Blends, Cheese
Curds, Colby, Colby Monterey Jack, Faarko,
Farmer’s, Havarti, Montaque, Monterey Jack,
Mozzarella, Muenster and Quark.
