Be kind to your eyes! Follow the steps below to keep your eyes as healthy as possible.
1. Wear sunglasses with UV protection and protective eye gear.
2. Clean your hands before putting in contacts.
3. Maintain a healthy weight. (Believe it or not, this can actually affect your eyes!)
4. Refrain from smoking.
5. Eat a diet rich in fruits, vegetables and fish with omega-3 fatty acids (salmon, etc.).
6. Go to an eye exam to check for any possible problems.
7. Blink, refocus and rest your eyes, especially when looking at a screen for a long time.
