Traditionally, street food recipes aren’t written down. No point, really. Ingredients change according to what’s available at the market that morning and what’s left over in the shops kitchen that night. So with the street food officially designated a “hot trend” in food publishing this year, there’s a lot of anxious traders setting down to commit pen to paper.
There are many street food vendors who won the awards like “BEST STREET FOOD AWARDS” in 2016 and they allow us to publish their recipes and also told us their secret of flavor combination.
Our monthly magazine consist of recipes and fully formed instructed formulas for the street food you eat. Some of the famous food bloggers are also connected to our magazine. We have decided to look ahead and keep on publishing the recipes and give you the information about the food world.
