Folk costumes are some of the longest-running clothes when the work is worth it. The flower of Lihula is very beautiful. This is what many people like to do. For the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Estonia, women made skirts with flower embroidery. The first fastest was finished with embroidery at the beginning of 2018 and so they started sewing the skirts together, which was directed by Kaie Sillukse, a professional in her field.
At the end of April, the course was officially completed, where the lesson was recalled, the exam was passed and certificates were issued. A total of 18 skirts were made during this time; one diligent woman could even embroider two skirts - one for herself, another a child. The seven students who attended the course promised to finish their work a little later.
