After the SCUDAS factory from Paşcani, one of the largest and oldest factories of tools, tool holders and accessories for machine- tools of Romania joined the portfolio Proinvest Group last year in April, there has started a process of economic recovery very accelerated.
Besides the significant investments that have been made in equipment and reconditioning plant, both in the production halls and office buildings, Proinvest Group plans to employ in addition to the 56 people who were employed with the purchase factory still 250 people in the next three years immediately ahead.

Simultaneously with this project, Proinvest Group will hire another 250 people for current projects in progress.
After completing ongoing projects, chances are very high that the number of employees exceed 1000 Proinvest Group.

The project will have the aim to increase productivity and diversify production tools, tool holders and accessories for machine tools, brand SCUDAS ® will run for three years and will involve three stages of massive hiring.
Vacancies will be available for candidates which have higher education and also for candidates with secondary education. Will be employed Designing Engineers, Project Managers, Quality Engineers,, Procurement Specialists and Economists from the first category. Will be also employed specialists for CNC Operators, Special Machines Operators, Hummermans, Special Treatment Specialists, Millers, Lathe Operators, Die Makers, Rectificators and other labourers.
