MBS SANDWICH PANELS
Proinvest Group currently manufactures five types of sandwich panels :
MBS ® Firestop ® mineral wool sandwich panels ( used for all buildings with a high risk of fire ).
MBS ® Silence ® sound absorbing sandwich panels which sound absorbing properties ( these are part of the buildings where the internal or external noise must be reduced ).
MBS ® Arctic ® polyurethane sandwich panels ( with thicknesses up to 200 mm , maintain low temperatures in cold storage rooms or buildings ).
MBS ® Economy EPS polystyrene sandwich panels ( designed to be used for limited budget ’ s buildings ).
MBS ® Humistrong ® extruded polystyrene XPS sandwich panels with ( they are perfect for any building with extremely high humidity activities that generate , such as car washes or other spaces where humidity could cause problems ).
MBS ® Firestop ® sandwich panels contain mineral wool core of different thicknesses .
Mineral fibers are willing oriented perpendicularly to the metal panels . There are wall panels with hidden or apparent ( visible ) mounting grip and roof panels with 3 , 4 or 5 folds . Panels thicknesses varies between 30 and 200 mm ( depending on destination ) and the useful width is 1000 mm . Mounting panels can be made horizontally or vertically .
Fire resistance as determined by specialized laboratories is between 30 and 240 minutes , depending on panel thickness .
