Our STEM and construction
facilities that we offer our
students are amongst the
best in the UK.
At our Ayr Campus we
have a purpose built, state

Engineering
Training Centre.
Our Aeronautical
Engineering Training
Centre is a CAA Part 66
examination centre and
is the first composites
laboratory in Scotland
to be approved by the
National Skills Academy.
We opened our
Kilmarnock Campus at
Hill Street in October
2016, with high
specification equipment
and machinery throughout
the £53m building.
We offer courses at our
Kilwinning Campus and
our satellite campus
at Nethermains - for
Bricklaying, Joinery and
Painting and Decorating
students to work on
major projects.
Engineering facilities include
a CNC machine room and
CAD laboratory. There are
dedicated workrooms for
Bricklaying, Joinery, Painting
and Decorating and Welding,
as well as a Motor Vehicle
garage equipped with the
latest industry technology.
