public housing properties.

The Tenants’ Information and Advisory Service
provides information and advice about:
• referrals to, and information about, financial
counselling and other services.
• tenant rights and responsibilities
The service is available at various sites across
Adelaide from Monday to Friday, between 9am
and 5pm (closed on public holidays).
• tenancy and landlord disputes, debt
and eviction
• representation at, and assistance
with, South Australian Civil and
Administrative Tribunal hearings
