Cecil Kwatchey Cecil Kwatchey, Manager of Deposit Products at Stanbic Bank Ghana, usually starts his day with some quiet time, after which he spends the extra time in his morning reading online local and international news. Cecil says: “It’s very exciting for me to be Certified. I believe being Certified will provide a lot of exciting opportunities as well as serve as an inspiration for other colleagues in Stanbic and in the Ghanaian banking industry to also achieve Certification. I intend to apply a lot more of the course con- tent I have acquired during my RBA journey to my daily activities to help improve the banking experience for the customer.” Brunilda Isaj Brunilda, one of RBA’s Wonder Women, and the first CRB in Albania, has hit great heights in her 20-year-long retail banking career. Working in manage- ment roles across the industry, she has accumulated a large set of skills and is a keen supporter of Ethical Banking. Brunilda says: “The most important aspect of RBA membership is the pro- motion of ethical banking. I believe retail bankers around the globe should remind themselves every time they sign a paper that ethics should be the cornerstone of their activity.” Jemima Sackey Jemima is our first Female CRB in Ghana. As Manager of New Business at Stanbic Ghana, Jemima is no stranger to the ever-changing Retail Banking industry standards and hopes to make her mark through focus and confi- dence.
