Dr. Stevens has been in Fort Myers for over 15 years. He is double board certified by the
American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive surgery and the American Board of
Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.
He is past president of the Lee County Medical Association, a member and past delegate
to the Florida Medical Association, a past member of the credentialing committee of the
American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.), the Albany Medical College and did his training
at the Bethesda Naval Hospital. He is the former chairman of the Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the Great Lakes Naval Hospital and served 12 years in
the United States Navy.
