Ethos Coffee with a Conscience strives to engage the consumer with the brand by using creative marketing techniques such as the sticker campaign “Have your say” to create conversation within the stores and into further parts of the community. Coffee with a Conscience believes that not enough support is being offered to people who are suffering with social issues, especially within Birmingham where it is evident that it is needed the most. For this reason, Coffee with a Conscience will offer support to everyone within the com- munity, reaching out especially to the small independent charities that do not receive much funding. Coffee with a Conscience wants to offer anyone suffering from social issues a space to get help and eliminate the factor that consumer do not know where to go to seek help. By making the campaign easily accessible Coffee with a Conscience hopes to break barriers with the consumers about the surrounding issues of taking the first step to seek help. Coffee with a Conscience aims to educate the surrounding community about social issues in order to make consumers more aware and create a conversation to spark a growing trend to support local charities doing good.
