WINTER ZIPLINING
There are various winter zipline adventures on Whistler Blackcomb , including the Ziptrek Eagle Tour , which has a mammoth 2,400-foot zipline with a 30-story descent . Glide high above snow-covered forests and shimmering alpine glow for a truly serene view of the mountain .
HELI-SKIING
For the ultimate adrenaline rush , take a helicopter from the Squamish base and get dropped onto untouched snow to ski 270,000 acres of backcountry wilderness , which you will have all to yourself . Heli-Ski tours always begin with safety training that covers avalanche rescue , tree well safety , and helicopter know-how . The day includes an instructor per group and a prepared lunch .
