Qdoba • Pre-Security
Summer weather is just one fl ight, or in this case, one drink away. Take yourself
back to warmer days with this sweet and zesty vodka concoction from Qdoba.
Pair this with a side of fresh guacamole and tortilla chips while you enjoy the
view through the fl oor-to-ceiling windows that line National Hall.
2 oz. Vodka • .75 oz. Sour mix • .75 oz. Strawberry pure •
4 Jalapeño slices • Garnish: 4 lime wheels
Combine all ingredients in a shaker, including jalapeño. Shake, strain,
and ice it up. Garnish with four lime wheels.

Mint is said to have soothing properties, which would make this cocktail
delicious and holistic. Coupled with a big bowl of Soba Noodles this pairing will
leave you feeling satisfi ed and ready to take on your next adventure.
1.5 oz. Cognac • .75 oz. Grand Mariner • 5 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters •
7 Mint leaves • Garnish: Mint
Place mint leaves on the bottom of the glass, add the rest of ingredients and ice
it up with nugget ice. Garnish with mint.

Leave the layers at home and warm up with this Fireball-infused beverage that
breathes new life into the classic Manhattan. Speaking of classics, American Tap
Room has re-invented another all-American favorite with their Truffl e Chicken
Mac & Cheese.
1.5 oz. Rye whiskey • .75 oz. Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey • .75 oz. Sweet
vermouth • 3 dashes Angostura bitters • Garnish: Lemon wedge, cherry
Build up all ingredients in a glass, ice it up, and garnish with lemon wedge
and a cherry.
