Entering his seventh season with the Washington Commanders , defensive tackle Jonathan Allen has seemingly perfected the work-play balance when it comes to being an elite NFL player . During the football season , he dominates opposing offenses on the field and is a leader in the locker room . However , during the muchneeded offseason , 28-year-old Allen takes exotic vacations with his wife , Hannah , experiences the best of the Washington , D . C . dining scene , and gives back to the community in a very special way .
