This revitalized riverfront area is continuously evolving, with new restaurants, bars, and shops steadily strengthening the scene, while park land along the riverfront provides plenty of green space. Explore on foot for the true Navy Yard experience, as unique finds are around every corner, including locally made gifts, an urban winery, and oysters fresh from Chesapeake Bay. To top it all off, baseball season imparts an extra layer of energy to Navy Yard, as the neighborhood is home to D.C.’s World Series-winning baseball team, the Washington Nationals, at Nationals Park.
