Duty Free Americas is the exclusive Duty Free retailer for Dulles International and Reagan National Airports. Conveniently located throughout Dulles, their eight stores are not far from any gate. Reagan National has two locations, one in Terminal A and a new location in Terminal C. Domestic and International boarding pass holders can shop at Duty Free Americas, with the exception being alcohol and tobacco products are limited to International destination passengers only. In efforts to provide the best airport experience possible, customers at Reagan National Airport and Dulles International Airport can now provide instant feedback at the HappyOrNot ® smiley kiosks to let us know how we are doing and if we are meeting their customer service expectations. HappyOrNot customer kiosks are located in different areas of the airports and record customer satisfaction by asking a single question to which customers respond by pushing one of the smiley face buttons.
