COMMANDERS IN MADRID
This fall, the Washington Commanders will create history by playing against the Miami Dolphins at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium in Madrid, Spain. This is the first-ever NFL regular-season game held in the country. Scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 16, 2025, at 9:30 a. m. ET on NFL Network, the Week 11 game is part of the league’ s International Games series.
Fresh off a 12-5 season and an NFC Championship appearance, the Commanders have become one of the NFL’ s most exciting teams under head coach Dan Quinn and general manager Adam Peters. Quarterback Jayden Daniels, the 2024 Offensive Rookie of the Year, shined with over 5,000 yards of total offense and several record-breaking performances.
The Dolphins, chosen as the host team, will play overseas for the sixth time in franchise history. Led by quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, who topped the league in completion percentage despite an injuryshortened season, Miami aims to build on a strong late-season push.
