One of Goff ’ s most memorable trips was without the kids . She took Robert to South Korea in 2018 to show him where she spent most of her childhood . “ He got to see my high school and meet one of my teachers , and then we went to the Winter Olympics in the mountains .” Goff even took her husband to the border between North and South Korea to share the country ’ s history .
Goff and her family had a blast at the # FlyWashington cover photo shoot at Dulles Airport ( if you ’ ve not seen the behind-the-scenes footage of the kids racing suitcases , be sure to check out the @ OhMyGoff Instagram !) — but in real life , Angie said they don ’ t discriminate between Dulles and Reagan when booking flights . “ We use both so much . My husband basically lived in the airport up until 2018 as he lived in South Carolina and we ’ d take turns flying in and out ,” she explained . “ Dulles is kind of our home airport . I feel like I could probably drive there and get around there with my eyes closed , even though it ’ s expanded and grown ,” she said , whereas “ at the Reagan National Airport , I am always amazed by the architecture .”
Despite spending her teenage and college years in the D . C . area , Goff said she still gets lost in her home city . “ I used to cover traffic , for crying out loud ,” she laughed . “ I live in the McLean-Tysons area and I think the next five tallest buildings in the D . C . region are set to be on the skyline there . We have our own little town hall where we can go watch shows and musicals , with a beer garden on the roof . To me , it ’ s like a city . When I grew up in Herndon , I worked at Chuck E . Cheese and the clock tower was the cool place to hang out !” she recalled . “ Now there ’ s just so much for people to do and explore , and easier ways to get there , which I think is great . Growth is a great thing .”
