Is that odd-looking vehicle a boat or a tour bus? It’s both! The 90-minute
narrated tour embarks from Union Station, rolls down Pennsylvania
Avenue and cruises right into the Potomac at Gravely Point under the
flight path to Reagan National Airport. But no worries, they’re river-
worthy. These restored amphibious vehicles were used during World
War II to ferry supplies and personnel to ships.

sudden downpour and need a dry one.
